Metal Hoop Joints

Metal joiners for flat steel hoops. The joints have an internal width of 13mm and fit our 10mm flat steel well.
 
To use, insert the ends of the hoop steel (let them overlap inside the joint, but not poke through the ends) and then squeeze the joint tight with a pair of pliers - they're quite tough, but are nice and secure if you can get them tight enough. For extra security you could always use a little glue inside too.
 
Joints measure approximately 25mm in length, 13mm internal width, 15mm external width.
