Our loyalty program is a simple way to say thank you for supporting NZ Corsetry. Create an account, earn points when you shop, and redeem them for discounts or selected products on future orders.

How it works:

1. Sign up - create a customer account to start earning points

2. Earn points - earn points whenever you purchase eligible products from our store

3. Redeem rewards - exchange your points for rewards that can be applied at check-out. You can view your points balance and available rewards anytime in your customer account.​

Redeeming rewards

Rewards are issued as discount codes that can be applied during check-out. Please note: 

  • Only one reward or discount code can be used per order​

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Rewards are only valid for purchases made on nzcorsetry.co.nz

Loyalty Program Terms

The following terms apply to participation in the NZ Corsetry Loyalty Program.

Eligibility

Participation requires a registered customer account in nzcorsetry.co.nz.

Points and rewards are non-transferrable and may only be used by the account holder.

Customers may maintain only one loyalty account. NZ Corsetry reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate accounts where multiple accounts are suspected to belong to the same individual.

Earning Points

Points may be earned on purchases of eligible products made through the NZ Corsetry website.

The following purchases do not earn points: 

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping charges

  • Courses or workshops

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)

Points are usually added automatically after a purchase but may take several hours to appear.

Points remain the property of NZ Corsetry and may be adjusted or removed in accordance with these terms.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for rewards offered within the loyalty program.

Rewards are issued as discount codes and:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless explicitly stated

  • Must be used in a single transaction

Points and rewards have no cash value. 

Rewards are intended for personal use and may not be resold or publicly distributed.

Returns and Refunds

If an order that earned points is refunded or cancelled, the associated points may be removed from your account.

If a reward was used on an order that is later refunded, the value of the reward may be deducted from the refund amount.

Account misuse

NZ Corsetry reserves the right to suspend or remove loyalty points, rewards, or accounts where fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the program is suspected.

Program Changes

NZ Corsetry may modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

This includes changes to:

  • how points are earned

  • how rewards are redeemed

  • the value of points or rewards

  • eligible products or purchases

  • the introduction of point expiry in the future

NZ Corsetry also reserves the right to correct errors in points balances, rewards, or program activity.​

If the loyalty program i discontinued, any unused points may be cancelled.

Changes may occur without prior notice.

These terms apply specifically to the NZ Corsetry Loyalty Program.
